1. Payments

. Your invoice will show the  payment terms for your charter. Your booking will automatically lapse if payment is not received. If you have paid your deposit by credit or debit card we will automatically debit it on the due date. All payments made by credit card are subject to a 1.5% credit card handling charge.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations over 90 days prior to departure 25% of total is retained. Cancellations between 90 and 45 days prior to departure 50% of total is retained. Cancellation 45 days and under total payment is retained.

3. Refundable security deposit

To cover loss or damage to the yacht and/or her equipment a refundable security deposit is required. This is normally payable on embarkation and will be refunded in full (providing no damage) on the return of the yacht. This item is shown separately on your invoice.

4. Certificate  of Competence

For bareboat yacht charter at least two members of the party must produce evidence as to their competence to skipper the yacht .Requirements vary from base to base, In Croatia a VHF license is required. If there is only one Certificate ,a declaration that will state that another one of the crew knows how to sail must be signed .
All the documents must be forwarded to us by the confirmation of the booking as well as the crew list.

5. Transfers

Transfer arrangement is provided
If you request a R/T transfer,we kindly ask you to inform us  by the time you make your booking or at at least one month prior to your embarkation.
Please note that only Round trip transfer is provided.

6. Check in-Check out times

The majority of charters will commence at 17.00, ending at 09.00. Please note that the yacht must return to base by 18:00   the night before the charter finishes.

7. Contracts

A charter  contract will be send to you by the time you make your booking  between yourself as the client and Last Minute booking..

8. Yacht availability

All operators reserve the right that should the yacht booked become unavoidably unobtainable it can be replaced with a similar sized yacht or alternatively a full refund of all  charter amount  paid for the original yacht.

9. Complaints

In case of any complaint  regarding the yacht please  contact the operator first who will do everything to assist. Then  if  you still feel there is still a dispute after the first contact with the  operator ,please inform within 48 hours of the problem. Unless the above procedure is followed , no claim can be considered on your return.
